Yes maybe but heroes have abilities to avoid it, Roadhogs heal, Reaper invis, Meis block, shield.

Zens Ultimate is powerful, it doesn’t need to change. Yes ultimates can ruin it, but also your team mates ultimate can ruin theirs. What’s not powerful about healing the whole group close by? Damn useful Ultimate.
Heroes have abilites that makes you not use abilities too. For example, Zarya’s Graviton Surge disables all mobility abilities or sombra shuts everyone down completely, or you cant use abilites when you’re frozen
People don’t usually go with a 6 man tank team right? they ususlly have 1 or 2, Thats more than half of your team dead

I think zen’s ult is doing its job perfectly fine.It now counters dragon grav combo easier since dragons wont get damaged boosted from mercy anymore in the next patch.It also kills a lot of other ults that have the chance to teamwipe you,if you dont pay attention.If you want to kill people inside trans though,nano blade will slice through it and a tire can do the job aswell…But its fine since it shouldnt counter everything…no ult should be THAT strong.If you want to counter the tire lucio’s ult is a good ult for it(if you get the timing right)or simply just shoot the tire.And the trans can bait it out aswell…but you need to be careful if you think you can use your trans and still get enough value for it and pray to the gods you wont get dragon graved instantly…But I mean you can push with the trans after you use it,since you can play more aggresive because of the mass healing.
Zen is in the best spot now and he is pretty balanced.I think he can stay as he is atm.I dont mind the idea of the damage reduction,but i think it wouldn’t suit him in his current state.
Also if one of you does gets picked during trans Mercy has the option to bring him back,if her ressurect isnt on cooldown.
I don’t agree zen is the 2n best support after mercy atm but this isnt the only fact that matters.
If oneshotters are your problem pick lucio or brigitte. Champs have weaknessess that other once can cover and thats the point of it all. Since why pick lucio and brigitte is zen can deal with the problems they are made to solve ?
