Cheaters are not being banned while people typing in chat receive bans

First time in 20 years of playing blizzard games i was banned in-game for chat “violation”:

After a careful investigation we can confirm the action was applied correctly as the account was found breaking our Code of Conduct, and it will remain temporarily disabled.

Chat evidence found:
"why u go alone and die. "
“jesus why people are so garbage”
“this tank ebayed his account”

and after 30 tickets and 3 days back and forth trying to get explanation i was given this and explanation that they will close my battle.net account if i will continue contacting customer support.

Account Action: Warning
Offense: Violation of Customer Support Interaction Policy

Suprise, Suprise. Cheater infested game with cheaters running rampant 24/7 unchecked with no consequences, CS harassing their loyal customers since 2004 instead of helping to solve an issue.

I wonder how come i was never banned in 20 years before and now i got ow2 account ban for 14 days over this.

I was reported by cheaters for exposing them in chat. Lesson learned, you are nothing and not a valuable customer.

Shame Shame SHAME on you blizzard!
/ Shame Shame Shame! Shame on you!

Lesson learned: Time to shut up and report everything and everyone.

/ Suffer as I have (Ramattra ult)

Yep, well said. Yet Blizzard will Ban accounts for hacking, only to unban them months later due to mistake/error. You can’t make it up.

You can. Many people have.

Anything you type in chat is now considered offensive. It’s honestly laughable.

No it isn’t. That’s nonsense.

People getting actioned for chat offences have always said something worth reporting.

I just got reported for being toxic I guess too they are really cracking down on it. While we don’t really see it as being toxic at the time in hindsight what we say could’ve been worded a bit better just remember kids do play this game and we don’t want to instill that sort of behavior when they are still somewhat impressionable. It’s probably best to just turn of chat in general for a while that’s what I’m going to do for the next month just to keep myself out of the crosshairs. I wish we didn’t have to worry about this stuff, but it is what it is
