Cheaters are not being banned while you get ban for talking in chat

Edit: suspension removed after appeal.

30 day account ban for “toxic” chat: “troll tank troll dps.”, “maybe learn how to counter?”, “you go alone and die”, “blocked”, "“forced loss with throwers cant do a thing”

So you can not call out throwers and trolls in chat because they mass report you and you get suspended.

Customer support is out of touch, no matter how many times you “appeal” nothing will change.

Marvel Rivals seems to have done a good job in detecting the new cheats. Their anti cheat system is much more effiecient.
There you only get banned if your comms are really offensive, like life threats, racism etc…

You were correctly suspended.

At least you’ve not been done for your cheating yet

Unfortunately its a chinese game. And, superhero franchise is bad for the development of children. OW heros allow a free expression of character, interest and skill.

I wanna be spiderman, ok what do you do? these are all bound to some pre written comic book stories, movies, narratives. someone who wrote your path. Limiting development.

That being said, I agree with OP actually, although he probably dug his own grave like I did when I got into a verbal altercation with a Lifeweaver that was pulling me into the abyss not realizing it was actually a 3 man team trolling.

Whats the best thing you can do? Dont play the game, dont let your kids plays the game.

You play on battle.net. Signed the EULA… never read it! This is green liberal lgbt woke world, for now.

The tides are changing though… Not that racism and discrimination will ever be accepted in the world that is coming. Thats it period man. The EULA will never change either, the interpretation will change abit though.

well point is that EU laws >blizzard rules. I was about to fill the EU consumers rights form and they removed this account ban. Oh well, next time?

After appeal they removed ban. Because seriously, how can this chat talk can be ban worthy in the first place?

The EULA is your legally binding agreement. EU laws will support blizzard if you’ve signed up.

That’s a shame. As you’ve got recorded evidence of you cheating.

As well as your post history.

Hey dude, hi. How did you manage to connect to live support. How many times did you contact support? What did you write to them, can you copy the whole text.

This is really stupid. I have several accounts. On one I haven’t played for a month or more, yesterday I went there, played ranked, open Q (yes I like it it was fun) I played probably 10 games maybe more. I started with d5 and ended up with d4, I moved up a division. The last few games were fun and I won them all. I didn’t say anything bad, except that my teammates shouldn’t go solo and see the enemy. I haven’t had a game ban before, I’ve only had 2 chat mute in the game itself, it was a long time ago. I’ve never been banned from a game.
I played these fun games, and went to rest. I won the games, got my d4 and was happy. 4 or 5 hours later an email came - you are banned for 2 weeks for bad chat. This is a real joke.

EU laws dont support Blizzard EULA. But, anyone going to court over a video game is kinda vain and lame. There are more important causes in life.

Unless you invested multiple 1000s$ (own fault), dont bother, if you lose you are financially ruined. Your 1 lawyer vs an army of theirs?

Just got suspended for no reaosn, just email about there EULA. I appel the bann and ask what part of the EULA i broken, but no answer. The only thing i did was to report hackers and afk players. So if you report afk players or ask people not to afk you get reported and suspended… Blizzard supports hackers and cheaters clearly its nasty.

Did you tell those players you were reporting them. Or call them out for cheating??

[Appealing a Silence, Suspension, or Ban - Blizzard Support]

appeal with details, be honest, and see what will happen .

Dosent work, they wont even tell what part of the EULA you broke. I know i did not break any of there EULA. They just dont like that you report hackers… thats it… Becaues they like hackers and cheaters in there games… Solution is easy = play other games not by Blizzard… Epic Games have many…

Yes ofc. they where clearly destroying the game, every one in the team does. Nobody likes cheaters. its pretty easy to see target snapping in the replay that is played for every one to se.

you can download GDPR data and see yourself why you were banned. Also, if you say something bad in chat could be a reason. for e.g. masked curse words or “F” typed in sentence.

Then you broke the EULA.

Don’t fire back at people, just report and avoid.

I broke the EULA by reporting cheaters? Ohh really? I think you need to read the EULA again. But yeah… i understand Blizzard take side with the hackers (important to protect them)… this game is finhised …

So if you type F on your keyboard you get banned? right…

No. You broke it by calling them out in the match chat.

They don’t. But they don’t tolerate people getting ratty with people in chat either.

Chat bans are quicker and easier to process. If you start calling people you think are cheating out, you will get banned far quicker. Because quite often most won’t have noticed, or they aren’t even cheating. So all you are doing is being a wang in game.

Use the systems they’ve given you correctly and you’re fine. (report and avoid)

So basically you cant talk to anybody because that is calling them? wow how much do you get payed to troll this forums? Call them to attack= ban, Call them to not afk = ban… call them to stop hacking = ban… gotcha…ofc this is not supporting players who sabotasje. :upside_down_face:
