Cheaters in competitive deathmatch

Hello,

I really want to know whats happening in this game. In 4 days of playing competitive DM around 3K6 (main + smurf), I just met 2 cheaters, the first one named XXXXXXX was using aimbot+wh, he got catch on Kabaji stream 2 days ago (I can link the clip in MP ). The second one XXXXX right now, ranked gold in regular ranked and actually 3767 in comp DM, I even won but when the POTG came, his visor was locking people, all the players in the DM were crazy about this guy and his aimbot. How is it possible ? Where is the anticheat ? And don’t go like those guys were just good, even Kabaji (multiples account in top 500) on twitch said that this guy was hacking.

I would like an answer from a mod, would be interesting to check how stupid the stats of those guys are (2 times the acc of pro players).

I know that it is upsetting to play against/with cheaters and hackers, but calling them out is against the forum’s code of conduct, specifically “discussing disciplinary action” and will result in a temprary ban from the forums.

I recommend you to edit out the players Name and Battletag or to delete the post.

As mentioned before, please remove the BattleTag of the player. It is against the Code of Conduct to publicly call out players — even cheaters! :relieved:

I’m afraid that Customer Service cannot assist with any kind of player reports.

If you’re coming across a player who has an unfair advantage because of third-party programs, please report them using the in-game report function instead. Alternatively, you can also send an email to hacks@blizzard.com or (even better) submit this formular. This forum is not the right place for it. Thank you for your understanding! :innocent:

First, thank you for your fast answer. So, what am I supposed to do if they are playing right now ? Since the hardreset of rank in comp DM, people around 3K6 are always playing against the same players. Also, the competitive DM will end in 2 weeks, whats the point to play against a cheater every single game ? Those guys are ruining the leaderboard right now, and no one can stop them ? I can’t tag against those guys, on the other side I paid this game, and a guy is using a third party program to climb in the top rank of comp DM. Since blizzard is not doing anything right now ? Should I also use a third party program waiting the moment “hackers service” will take care of my report ?

That’s not true. Although Blizzard is already pretty strict when it comes to inappropriate behaviour, they’re even stricter when it comes to the usage of third-party programs, which is why they have an own email inbox especially dedicated towards hacks reports. I recommend making use of that. :wink:

That’s an absolute no, you’ll just risk getting yourself banned. This is definitely not the right way to face the issue. Also, I just want to make clear that I’m neither a Blizzard employee, nor some sort of forum moderator. :sweat_smile:
