Come back from not playing for a bit, play three games with 5 people in top200 between both teams.
Before game starts I start getting berated and abused for my pick in all 3 games. They begin saying im wintrading in all chat, these are people in top200 rank with gold border in all 3 games.
I mute them and obviously we lose the first fight, as they are still being toxic towards me from before the game even began and its negativity affecting my mindset every game.
Then they start being afk to type how much im throwing and the enemy begin to agree.
Now im pretty much trying to play alone as they are in spawn typing abuse, all gold border+ top200- rank players being so toxic that we cant even play the game.
Game ends and they all say to report me for throwing and hope that i get banned.
All I did was join a comp game and try and win.
Looks like I cant play even if i wanted to, simply because i would get banned.
This is the reason your game is dead.
All the people that wanted to play the game have left.
Only the toxic false reporting overwatch addicts are left.
Each game was ruined because I picked a hero and played it, so the people going afk and typing abuse and to report me and not playing are in the right and im in the wrong?
You cant see if the behaviour is reportable because you dont know what was said
According to blizz non communication in a team based game is a sanction able offense or at least that’s what they told me when I was suspended for “abusive chat” despite never using any in game chat at the time
So people standing still so they can type information to their team is merely following the rules on communication and their for is not “afking” or throwing… as you cant see what is typed during replay you dont know if they were being bad or just communicating as per blizz desire
I have finally been banned after being put in a 4600 game at 3800, i obviously didnt play like a 4600 and everyone demanded i got reported for sabotage…
How are these people on level 1000000 bordered accounts not banned for being so toxic and hateful demanding false reports and yet im banned for just playing the game i dont understand.
I will get the vod for you when im unbanned if its still there.
Literally have four people rank 15 or lower, all telling me im throwing, simply because im playing like a 3800 in a 4600 game. Same people I keep seeing who instantly demand reports cos im not going 20-0 with rein against the best tanks in eu.
I’ve made a ticket but I dont think “being put in too many 4600 games at 3800 and being false reported for not being good enough” will get me unbanned though.
the matchmaking is realy weird… i am like 1800 or so, but i got matched against a 3200 in competetive an there they say at blizzard that there will only be 1k at max between players… wel… 3200-1800 is not less then 1k… and in the higher tiers like you, the max limit should be 500 between players, so there is obviously something wrong.
I wouldn’t even say it’s the most toxic. I had one game in around 1-2 months last week. I just wanted to feel what it was like to play my main, Zarya, again. Nobody was toxic or rude or anything (US game)
I have a feeling the remaining players are those who are most patient, not most toxic. The ones willing to put up with endless amounts of BS from Blizzard. Those who left had enough.
Honestly, if the first thing after balancing changes that impact the game significantly is to join comp when you haven’t even warmed up to them… don’t be surprised if people think you’re throwing.
This will never be balanced. Because there’s not even an OW agents program to get people banned when they deliberately throw games. It’s a very punishing comp experience. You can get one great game, then on the next one you have someone hard-throwing, and you end up with minus points after 1 win 1 loss.
Why would you go back and immediately join comp really just leaves me wondering: but why?
Don’t play this game mate. There are plenty of good balanced games out there, this isn’t one of them. And dont ask the forums, most people here are diehard fans who will never recognize the problems of the game!
