Except it doesn’t have more downsides, my exact point of you claiming your opinion is fact.
RQ is great for the system and it’s staying.
The majority of players say it is, as proven by repeated polls and the devs themselves.
It fixed several problems:
- no more multi DPS memes
- no more goats
- gave the devs a format to balance the entire game around
- allowed them to balance more freely without worrying about comps being able to stack certain abilities together
- allowed them to get role-specific SR in
Queue times for DPS don’t matter - you have several methods around this.
DPS players all claim 3+ dps was not an issue, it was for the role that was forced to go solo. All roles are now treated equally, which is exactly how it should be

the first, yeah my opinion that something is true. You know, world isn’t black and white, people won’t agree on most simple things. Not because they’re trying to sell you their opinion as fact but because they simply disagree.
The sun is shining, “weather is good” someone said. While one would agree with “true”, some other won’t and thats all right because they’re more of a rain&snow guy and you can’t even dispute their stance, simply because they see it that way. There are less objective truths out there than you might believe.

Except with you, you have tried to claim it’s true. You’ve made all sorts of assertions about 222 and RQ and not once have you backed it up. I’ve called you out on it, Skynet has called you out on it, Bada (something something something name) has called you out on it.

I suggest you google what common sense and burden of proof is (despite the fact I’ve linked that one more than once).

This is an old thread that someone has necro’d. Not sure I would want to go back to the old ways now.
I have accepted role queue and even quite like it now.
I like the current adjustments and the way overwatch is going right now.
Not perfect, but a lot better than it was back last August.
Having a comp classic mode now would only take players away from the current system increasing queue times.
Sorry to U turn, but things and thoughts change. Unless you have a narrow mind.
