Hi Blizzard Support,I am messaging you because I had a major issue with the recent Drive event in Overwatch. I worked really hard and managed to reach a Drive score of over 3800.However, the game suddenly started lagging badly, and the matchmaking put me in very bad teams. Because of this, I went on a big losing streak and lost my progress just as the event ended.Since I lost my progress, is there any way I can get a compensation or giving me another Drive event of my choice? Please check my account and help me with this.Thank you
Match making doesn’t “put you in bad team” and the lag is likely to have been an issue your end.
They don’t compensate.

Try this as a custom game, it will cycle through all animations which will be cached on your system and improve FPS.
LAG? well, blame greedy vodafone or whoever your ISP is. I had my moments with those folks, mid uploading my project they change my contract… wonderful !
