So I’ve been playing for about a month and I saw I’ve unlocked competitive so I went to go play and it says please use an approved device to restore competitive access.
I’ve checked my email and it says I have been banned for cheating now I don’t know what I’ve done that classes as cheating the email gives no information on why and says it cannot be appealed I looked up and it says it can be for using a Xim or a Cronus zen now I have no idea what one of those is I asked a friend and she asked for my settings I use 100/100 also max extra deadzone sense all my deadzones set to 0 no aim ease in or smoothing and linear ramp and she said that it makes it look like I’m not using a controller so have I just been banned for having fast sensitivity and if so how do I appeal this
