Hi, let me get straight to the point as a player i spend minimum 15 minutes to 25 in competitve overwatch matches i perform really well except my team does not now here is the issue after alot of hard work being put in a competitive match and i lost the game because of randoms iam going down in rank thats how the current system work it basically lift you when you win and lower you when you lose this killed competitive literally even if you add more rewards to competitive it will still remain dead because of this system of unfairness, you have to reward the player who do well in match and lower those who trolled and did absolutely nothing you should make so if that a player did well in a match but lost he still go up in ranks
I can suggest few things to fix this you can either copy the same one from apex were it count how many assest and kills you had in a game or make a similar one to this game or bring back the OG rank system i heard from people that it was like that so idk why you even removed it and put a really bad one in its place but please do change the competitive system it is really boring and frustrating and unfair have a great day
