Can Blizzard add concede button when players vote to end match?
When you see matches where smurf carry game on one side or your team have leavers - You just waste of time.

That would be crap because if you just play a normal game and you are winning and right at the end the others end the match what would mean you would get less XP
Agreed. I have desired this for a long time. Why am I forced to wait two minutes to leave a match when a thrower leaves (Donāt allow people to rejoin. If they leave, bar them from re-entering the match and suspend them. Get rid of the two minute timer). Why canāt I vote to cede the match when I recognise a trollās name in the match (seriously Blizzard, why are the same handful of people allowed to ruin scores of matches everyday for months on end with no action ever taken against them?)? Why canāt I vote to surrender when the healers refuse to heal (90% of comp matches)?
Yes, this system could be abused by trolls, but things could be done to alleviate this. Endorsement level one players do not get to vote. When players are in a stack only the host gets a vote. Only if half of the available voters choose to concede does the match end. In addition, if half of a team leaves a match, the session ends immediately and the remaining players are deducted less SR for the loss. Yes, this system isnāt perfect, but trolls and throwers are ruining the vast majority of competitive matches (and wasting so much of peopleās time). This game is a total mess, and something should be doneā¦but us players who have paid for the game donāt have anything to do with Blizzardās precious Esports, do we? So nothing will ever be done.

I agree itās a waste of time to play with lowly teammates who give up after one minute and start throwing because they think āits unwinnableā not realising they are the reason itās becoming unwinnable and pointless in the first place.
Not quite sure what ill write about thisā¦ but i agree with your and the authors opinion. people might have a different view of this than me but from what ive seenā¦ you join a game and you see three people in a group, if their endorsment levels are 1-2 theyre normally toxic, but only if something triggers themā¦ and not only that but if one of them starts to be toxic and you confront them (which ive doneā¦ which is dumb of me)ā¦ the other two join in for some reasonā¦ would you really want to play with people like that? and let them get a vote?

You need to wait 2 minutes when someone leaves. Stomps are usually fast too, the only genuine stalling happens in capture the flag where the flag carrier can sit on their a$$ and prolong it needlessly.
Or award more for stomping teamsā¦
