Connection issues with game

I will say right away: yes, I read all the topics that are presented on the forum, none of the proposed solutions helped me. I am thrown to the main screen with a message that the connection to the server was lost.
The router rebooted, updated the firmware, updated the network card drivers, turned off everything that can be turned off, the connection speed at least 90-100 MB/s (Ethernet), the files are checked.
The problem persists, moreover, has been going on for a long time and arises at absolutely random moments.
There is one caveat, my girlfriend plays from a laptop via WiFi (same router), she has never had such a problem. Even when I was disconnected, she continued to play.

so same router & same provider / ISP?

could then be a settings problem on your system

have you tried disabling IPv6 as a test?

go to Windows Control Panel, Network and Internet, Network and Sharing Center, click on your connection (on the left), then Properties, go down and uncheck “Internet Protocol Version 6”.

Girlfriend’s system has IPv6 enabled, but I will disable it and test.

No, it didn’t help.

i ve expirienced same issues with certain servers of the game.
must be just full of people and they dont add another one to just split it up.
or maybe issues on Nederlands side or wherever servers are set
