Hello. The past month I’ve been playing overwatch a few times a week and maybe last week the game started having these moments of rubberbanding so hard it’s been unplayable. It went away last week but this week I can’t stay a minute without my character hopping all over the place, usually in the enemy’s direction. Pressing Ctrl Shift N, I usually see white bars and very occasionally orange ones, but whenever it happens there is a huge spike in the RTT line, followed by a small increase in latency. I went ahead and did a WinMTR test, which showed these results

This looks worrying. Also, Overwatch seems to be the only game I’m having problems with, elsewhere my internet seems to be working just fine. I also use ethernet cable, not wifi. I’ve already added the Overwatch ports to Firewall, and I would’ve portforwarded in the router page, but my router page isn’t working properly, even after a hard 30-30-30 reset, Opera and Chrome say that the “page is redirecting too many times” and in when somehow I can access the main router page, I can’t click anything because none of the links there work, so I can’t portforward. Thanks in advance to any who may have any tips, because I can’t play as of now.
