Constant 300 ping

This is the second post about my internet

I keep getting 390-300 ms in overwatch in all servers i’ve tried everything and nothing worked. Please help, I cant play the game anymore due to my country’s slow internet speeds (if you search for the internet speeds of the Philippines… its basically S#it) Can I do something about this or is there nothing I can do?

I have also been noticing a larger ping on the American region for the last day or two. Are some of the nodes around the asian area down ?
While I used to have a ping of about 90 - 110 before connecting to the American region, it’s now constantly around 280 - 300.

If you usually play on the American region, you might want to post on the American forums if you play on that region, since they’ll be more aware of possible issues and so on:

If nothing helps and you need more help, make sure you include the following information in your topic:

  • Details of issue:
  • Date/time it started:
  • City/Country:
  • Internet Provider:
  • Traceroute (right after a disconnection or whenever you’re experiencing the issue)
  • Pathping (right after a disconnection or whenever you’re experiencing the issue)
  • WinMTR (right after a disconnection or whenever you’re experiencing the issue)

If you are playing in Europe, you can reply here including the above information. But keep in mind that due to the distance between your location and the European servers, the ms will be always on the high side.
