I keep trying to play OW and it always crashes and I cannot even complete an entire game without having disconnected. Not only does this severely affect my rank but I’m also aware that my teammates and my friends are affected as well. Sometimes after I crash it pops up with a code that goes ########-####-####-####-############, for example E0A5D5D4-E7FB-402F-9B08-EDA72D62088E. I have no idea what is causing this and I have already tried opening a ticket and doing everything I was told, none of it having worked for me.
