Hi,
It has been over a couple weeks that every time I play overwatch i get even ping spikes that come up every ten or so seconds of game.
I usually have around 50-ish ping (i cannot use cable, so it’s only wi-fi) but the ping will suddenly spike up to 150-ish, disrupting my game. It feels like the game fragments rather than just a random spike, and it’s completely even.
I tried doing traceroutes and pathpings but the results are useless?

see, it doesn’t really say anything. using ping on google.com returns me a completely even ping set, no spikes. using ping on the server of the game also does not show any sort of spike, yet in game the spikes exist and happen at even intervals (i have visible ping on the top left corner, so i can see it.
fps remain somewhat constant, though two weeks ago i had a sudden fps drop for a few days that made my game go from 150 to 30fps in-game (even in spawn room) but that ceased to be, and instead i’ve had weeks of constant ping spikes.
i tried doing everything including renew/release/flush dns, scan-repair the game, disabled antivirus, disabled firewall, there’s nothing in the background running or taking up connection,
i have a great laptop for gaming specifically bought for this, yet i cannot enjoy a game where i can’t even aim because i’ll get even spikes…
(i also tried using a gaming vpn service, the result is the same (only it gives me a better visual of the ping spikes as constant, like a heartbeat.)
