Hello,
I have been harassed by a Player for months now whenever hes present in my Games, be it on the enemy Team or mine. Avoiding/blocking him is not working since he has more than one account. Hes harassing me by calling me names such as, but not limited to: blind ***, ***, the ***, *** , real Life Death threats, etc. If hes in my Team hes following me around spamming voicelines and hello, picking mei and walling me off, etc.
This has been going on for over half a year now. I have been avoiding, blocking and reporting him on multiple occasions but it doesnt seem to work since hes still harassing me. Is there something i can do more?

No, it definetly is. Hes always playing with the same person and starts with saying ,its *** referring to me and my friend 
If this is prolonged. Obviously reporting is your only option.
But you should also never have match chat on. And if they are in your team, mute them and turn group and team chat off for the match.
Nothing else you can do sadly.
The option to totally destroy their PC isn’t an easy one to perform through OW sadly.

Hello there, of course, you can do much more, you can mute him on chat, and you can mute him on voice chat as well, and block him that he cant send u a friend request, the only thing, which u have to do all the time is, every game when u see him block in-game. Basically all the time u have to click 2 clicks each game when u see him and the problem solved.
I am also finding it really hard to complete the mission objectives with 6 opponents trying to kill and harass me every single match every single chance they can get. It’s aweful. You know, I am quite full of awe about it.
Thankfully there are still some nice blue people like you guys left in the game, I’m always blue dabu dee dabu dai.
Sorry, I coulden’t resist it the joke. I wish there existed a more peaceful game, but unfortunately, puzzle games are the only thing that comes to mind atm.
Say something? Stand for youself? Troll / harass him back? Instead of just taking it.
The quick way to get yourself banned instead of them.
Okay and? I get banned all the time, no big deal. Once I was banned for 2 weeks, came back and almost instantly gor banned for month, good times.
I don’t see problems with toxicity in other games doe, in CS we all just insult each other, same goes for Rust, etc.
Players deal with their problems by themselves instead of being baby sitted by developer.
In TF2 we literally have laughing emote, characters insulting each other and much more. Never saw anybody crying about being harrased.
I do think there needs to be a little give and take.
Some players need to chill out a little.
And a lot need to stop using the report feature just because they don’t like the way someone looked at them.
Toxic behaviour is no worse in overwatch than any other game. But the community has more “power” with the reports and is a little too trigger happy with it.
I’ve lost count of the groups I’ve been in where someone In the group has said they are reporting the enemy for say gg ez or mtd/diff whatever. No time for people as soft as that.
I’ve playing games for 14 years now and I have to admit I hardly ever reported anyone. If I did it was for cheating / exploiting etc.
I mostly had just best insults so my opponents quickly abandoned idea of insulting me.
Biggest lack of honor is when someone start insulting you and then they report you for being toxic when you destroy them kek.
Yeah. People playing this game are a weird bunch. To the point where removing match chat from the game might actually be for the best.
The people playing this game have bantered with siblings, friends, colleagues and so on IRL and will take as good as they get when it comes to jokes.
But you give them the power to report and suddenly they become offended by the same types of jokes.
Just seems like they are weird people.

In WoT they removed all chat, but tbh team chat is more toxic.
I cannot count how many people have told everyone in match or global chat to mass report me due to something I wrote kek (in Overwatch).
Team chat is still needed sadly. So not a lot you can do there.
But there is no need to talk to the other team, so removing it would cut a lot of the nonsense out.
But only because the children playing this game can’t be trusted.
