CPU 100% and GPU 0%

Hey i need help beacuse the only game it is happenung on its overwatch. I have a brand new computer.
1050ti 4gb
intel core 15-9400-f
But the thing is that when i am playing i run 100% on the cpu and 0-1% on the gpu this have to be something with the game. just bought a brand new pc. So please HELP?!

I think I may have seen your issue on the forums today. Overwatch doesn't use my GPU - Technical Support - Overwatch Forums. I think this reply might help, if not I’d check out that topic.

Hey, JUSTAHOLiDAY! Let’s try the following to see if the GPU usage goes up.

• Reset In-game Settings
• Reset Driver Settings
• And let’s make sure Overwatch is being utilized for the 1070 TI

1. Right Click on your Desktop, then find Nvidia Control Panel.
2. Manage 3D Settings
3. Either Global Settings or just find Program Settings > Overwatch, and Switch the Perferred graphics processor, as “High Performance Nvidia processor.”
4. Click OK and done!
