Hi overwatch hasnt been able to launch for the past week. this seemed to coincide with a windows 10 update and an avast update, but these could be unrelated. I have tried the six steps to fix the game. D8BD424F-2AA4-4C01-BB17-CA000C613120
Heya zihark, certainly odd that this has just started happening for you.
Quick question though, does this work if you temporarily disable Avast from running in the background. If it’s only recently updated, it may be blocking the app or the game from running properly. If it works by disabling the program, I would reach out to Avast support to let them know.
If that doesnt work though, we’ll need a bit more insight on your PC by getting some system files. Once you have those created, copy them over to a website like Pastebin and put the link in your response using the pre-formatted text option (</> symbol).
