Crashing on AMD Ryzen 2400G (iGPU)

Hello,

Since I overclocked my iGPU to 1500MHz Overwatch started to crash when I launch Discord, but if I increase the overclock to 1600MHz it does not crash when launching Discord. I even disabled the ingame overlay but it did not help.
Any help/suggestions would help

Disabling overclocks on Apu and Ram should resolve the issue. 2400g is probably too hot with the stock cooler.
