Cross play Issue

I play on PC but also have my account linked to my PlayStation 5. I basically only play on PC but I will occasionally play on PlayStation to play with friends.

Recently when I have gone to play on PlayStation, it states that I am in the PC pool despite having cross play and “Enable Mouse and Keyboard” off as well as having no keyboard or mouse connected to my PlayStation. This means that we are in queues for competitive that last more than twenty minutes and I wish to play strictly on a console pool when playing on my console.

You mentioned the fact that you occasionally play on PS to play with friends. This might be a useless answer as you probably already know it, but in case any of your friends in the group is on PC, then you’ll be matched into PC pools.
If this still happens even when you’re solo queuing on PS, then I’m sorry but you’ll have to wait and see if anyone from the support team reads your post and can help you.
