I just gave you a list of things she can do. She can do more than any other hero and she does many of them better than the most heroes without the need of skill. Stop hairsplitting between broken and OP.

What are you trying to say that she can tank better than the tanks, or do damage better than the DPS class, or heal better than the healers? No, she does not do any of them better than those classes. She is pretty well balanced, the higher level players of this game agree, and I’m not even going to OWL to prove it, ill just pick the comp ladder GM games. She isn’t even the top 6 picked heroes atm in that tier.
It’s a matter of time before the rest of the ellos figure it out. You just keep juggling between words like “broken” and “OP” when it comes to Brig.

Of course she can’t tank like Rein or heal like moira. She does too many things at once. That’s the issue.
Stop using pro games as evidence for everything. The games aren’t balanced for 0.0001% of the player base.

It’s also called elo not ello, and everyone figured her out already there is not much to learn from her, but she is still annoying and overtuned.

She’s a hybrid support, and yes she can do a bunch of things. But she isn’t King of any of them, but a Jack of all. She is indeed a meta changer, which she has ended up changing.
Is she broken or OP, that can be abused for unfair one sided games? Absolutely Not!

She is still overtuned, especially her shieldbash.
That 1% understand the game at a much better level, than the rest does. What do you want Blizzard to do, balance a hero for the tier with the majority of the player base? That’s prolly gold. That’s never happened and if it is tuned for the gold players it becomes unusable at the higher tiers.
The rest will have to learn how to play against her, just like the high levels did.

Everyone already knows how to play her. It’s not rocket science, it still doesn’t change her. She is pretty much used in every game though.

Brig’s not in every game in GM tier. She has a 3.86 percent pickrate at that tier, just backed by Genji at 3.50.
That’s not the only balance criteria for a game. You can’t tune a hero for the lower tiers of this game.
So you could balance it? Don’t make me laugh.
You fail to see that I’m not questioning her “bigger role” she can be toned down and still be that role just more fair. But that’s what you don’t get.

A whim isn’t reason to tone a hero down, she countering certain play styles isn’t either.
Her shieldbash is too strong against everything, increase the cooldown to 8 or at least 7. For example. But you will claim she can’t do anything anymore and be useless with a 1-2 second increase.

Using your “facts” would imply that reinhardt is OP at the moment because his pickrate is high. You only want to balance when something is picked. That’s a completely wrong approach.
The highest pickrate Rein has is still 13% at GM, and an overall pickrate of 11.27%. You know when Mercy was OP what her pickrate was ?

This means he is in pretty much every game. Can’t you read pickrates? There are only 2 tanks at the top there. Rein and zarya the rest is at 1%. This means that’s rein and zarya are pretty much always picked.
And then you want to tell me that sombra is underpowered and needs way more buffs. That’s how you balance games. Ridiculous.

When D.va has an overall pick rate of 5.02% and Rein has an overall pick rate of 11.27% is that equal to 100% of the players playing Rein for you?
Play the game. You’d see that Rein is in every game.
