I have a custom game that I run a lot of the time throughout the year, and the last time I saved it I had it set to include the Halloween maps. Now that the event is over, I can’t load the presets and the button is greyed out.
It would take me an entire day (if not longer) to recreate all the changes I’ve made, and I don’t want to wait a year, so it’d be nice if this could be fixed somehow.
3 weeks and 1 update later and it’s still unavailable to play.

this is an in-game related issue where Customer Service is unable to assist. You may want to report this as a bug here, but for now, it looks like you will need to recreate the settings.

I already made a bug report the same day as this post, but I’ve still not gotten a reply. I’m guessing by now it’s a lost cause?
Bug reports do not receive a reply unless more info is required. It’ll be read and then forwarded to the dev team in case it is indeed a bug.
