Hi, so yesterday something weird happened. I joined a random custom game (widow HS only for noobs) I really suck at widow so I wanted to try and train with her a bit just for fun. Within the first minutes, I got killed by a tracer (yeah it was for all heroes not widow only) and that tracer seemed really weird. After a few seconds, it was obvious that Tracer is hacking, so I reported the player. But I kept playing the game and I suddenly started hitting these insane headshots and I started to be suspicious. My crosshair was literally flicking and following heads without me even touching the mouse. I left the game and went to check the replay and just as I thought. EVERYONE WAS AIM HACKING. even totally random players that just joined and left within few minutes. After that I reported the game creator with a brief description of what I wrote here, just to be sure. But I am still curious and can’t stop thinking about it. I don’t play very often and I never play comp, so I almost never encounter any cheaters/hacks so this was very surprising and weird.
My question is, is it possible to somehow adjust a custom game within workshop or something so that everyone is aim locking? Or was this the game creators attempt to test some aim hack? Is it even possible to hack other players within one custom game?
I will attach a video of my highlight where it is absolutely clear that there is a hard aim lock( when I get home). I swear I am not hacking, I don’t even play comp, just Total Mayhem, and Quickplays and only like every other weekend or once per month, so why would I in a first place.
(I would love to download the replay or something where other players are also visible, but I don’t know if that is even possible and how?)
