Custom mode expansion

I’m sure Im not the only one who wants more options for the custom gamemode.
Things like adding effects, scales, passive effects and other stuff. For example adding Ashe dynamite burn effect to Zarya secondary fire for 3 seconds or Mercy’s damage/ Lució speed boost scalar. Or maybe even more in depth effects like making Ana grenades slow down enemy instead of negating healing. How wacky would it be to have Mccree shoot Pharah rockets instead. Changes like that, big ones to bring lot of excitement out of the community.

I want a lot more potential to edit individual players, like in a mystery heroes giving someone the ability to choose what hero they want, and buffing a particular hero in a death match for 1 player
