After the German support was unable to help me, I now have to turn here.
Problem: ow cannot be opened + error code 400
Explanation: I was kicked out in the middle of a running match. When I restarted, I was told that I would receive a code by SMS for verification and account security. A QR code was also displayed. I never received an SMS (or an email) and the QR code shows me the error code 400.
What has already been done?
-Restarted the game
-Restarted console (ps4)
-Reinstalled the game
-Used a different QR code scanner
-used a different cell phone to scan the QR code
Additional info:
I have unrestricted access to my account via the browser. There are also no problems with the battle.net app. My account is verified. In-game purchases via the battle.net app are still possible. To create the German support ticket, I was sent a code via SMS, which reached me within seconds without any problems.
Since the last patch I have had several disconnections from the OW servers that were not caused by my internet.
