DCing from games randomly?

Please can someone advise what is going wrong before I kill myself? Mid game I’m getting kicked to main menu, it says “rejoin match”, I click it and nothing happens??? Then I have to close the game and reopen (20 secs or so), by that time we’ve already lost the fight.
