Just because you can’t enjoy matches because others are enjoying themselves playing those heroes doesn’t mean they have to ban them.
I understand it’s quite infested with these heroes, though this is just the meta.
Nothing can be done about it except not playing the gamemode.

Moira is easy to deal with. She has a tall hitbox, aim to the head, you have time for that with her low dps.
For roadhog, use him to charge ultimate, and only finish him if he is low.
