The game is unplayable. Since beta he was overpowered and the whole game is all about “can he deflect that or not”? 90% of rooms have a genji. There’s no hard counter to him. He has a combo to insta kill everything <180 hp and run away. Sombra was a hard counter now she is useless. Or rename the game to Genjiwatch.

Genji is one of the best champion what you talking about ?Good player of Genji can do good stuffs in the game agree on that.

Genji is very strong at the moment but I don’t think its dealbreaking.
Genji will be getting substantial nerfs on the 15th I think
Never seen Genji as OP. I’m a support main so I can easely counter him. Your issue will most likely be bad support players or simply people being still at the wrong rank.
It’s not hard to counter him. Use lazers.
I said ‘‘one of the best’’ but he is not the best. Moira can easy kill him. When I said ‘‘Genji is of the best champions’’ I have to confess I even though on story line as well of him

He’s got too much kit compared to other dps heroes, he needs to lose something.
The dude’s got: -
- effectively 4 passives - double jump, base 9% extra movement speed (is this still a thing?), wall climb & dps passive
- 2 firing modes
- the ability to reflect a huge number of abilities (including several ultimates)
- a movement ability that deals damage and resets on kills/assists
- an ultimate that can 2-shot most of the game’s heroes
It wasn’t so bad in OW1, since Brig and McCree had stuns and tanks were actually tanking, in OW2 most stuns are held by the tanks which we now only have one of and they spend most of the time playing like dps.
Something’s gotta go, personally I’d say take his dash reset and decrease the fire rate of his alt-fire.

Worst bit about Genji is RMB shuriken spam getting value without needing to aim while you in turn can’t dodge that bs by left-right-tapping, and on top of that he can do it from any angle like above where you can’t spot him easily, and even if you do you can’t see the rest of the fight anymore while trying to track genji.
Oh and deflect is like multi-target CC, lol. And why even allow one-shot combo after you are at 169 hp? and RESET dash??
This complete bs shouldn’t be in the game.

Moira cant kill him cmon. Moira is a HEALER, her damage is far than not enough. Good Genji will take her down far too easily and escape. Moira should engage Genji only when she is not alone.

I’ve killed several genjis solo with moira, but i do play qp so the level of skill fluctuates quite a bit
Moira is a SUPPORT. Not a healer.
She can easily duel a Genji, doesn’t need to kill him every time, but does enough to make him run for healing.
Lmao, Moira can only “kill” bad Genjis. Good Genjis have no counter and will just force Moira to fade out within 2 attacks: Hit with any triple shuriken, no aim needed, then do one-shot dash combo. So Moira needs to use heal orb after 1 shuriken hits her or fade as soon as two shurikens have hit her.

People continuously complain about genji when there is another massive issue with dps if the person playing her knows what they are doing and that’s sojourn. But people will complain about genji but me as a genji player can’t complain as I’m playing the broken hero? Come on, I get told to just get good, so why can’t other people be told that? He’s getting nerfed and that’s fine, I will admit he is really strong but we shouldn’t call for his deletion.
Sojourn needs nerfing true. So does Genji.

I wouldn’t be against deleting him though. Game with him on either team (or both) are just boring.
I understand that games are boring with him on both teams but the same could be said about other heroes too. Deleting a hero shouldn’t ever be something that should be considered, having a junkrat on both teams is boring or pharah but nobody calls for their deletion that I have seen, that’s where my confusion comes from and genji is only good because there’s less cc to stop him.
True. That’s why is a tongue in cheek remark. I’d happily see Genji, Mercy and Hog disappear.
