Hello everyone,
Me and my brother have two identical computers, yet his Overwatch runs like crap and mine runs basically perfect. Both PCs have up-to-date drivers on the GPU and both are using the same in-game graphical settings. Both of us run Razer Synapse in the background while playing (I even run Firefox and Spotify and he doesn’t).

Help me solve this mystery.

Please ask your brother to post here directly, and ask him to post his diagnostic files so we can have a closer look into this.
Ask him to go through the steps listed here, and create both the MSInfo and DxDiag files. Post them on a page like Pastebin.com or share directly with us through OneDrive. Post the links here afterwards as Preformatted text, so we can have a look.
