So since today morning when I finally got into the game, I could not find “looking for group” option so I just spammed my friends on Discord to login and play for a bit, neither of us could join the other since for everyone it said “Player is on a different version of Overwatch”… Which is weird cuz accordingly to Battlenet, our OW2 version was exactly the same and our region was set to Europe for all of us…
if ur on pc try /invite, you will be able to invite them if nothing goes wrong

Servers doesnt work now aswell so it doesnt matter… people are back home and everyone is trying to play and servers cant handle the traffic so nobody is able to login… I got yeeted mid competitive match out of the game due to unexpected server error and im unable to login since… imma try in the morning but I doubt that my friends are gonna be online… also /invite is just a shortcut to invite someone, if the game says its different version, you wont be able to invite that person no matter what you do cuz it wont let you…

Then okay, it could work but we are unable to login into the game now so it doesnt matter xD maybe in the morning they will be also awake with me and we can do that thing.
