Digital signature problem help im giving up im so done

We couldn’t verify the digital signature of your Battle net Agent. Follow the steps in this support article to fix this issue. Error Code : BLZBNTBTS00000011
So i have this error code going on and i cant launch any games. I made ticket to support 4h ago and its just opened. Does anyone have any tips to how to make it work?

I can’t understand how frustrating an error like this can be, but please try to avoid opening duplicated threads about the same issue; it makes it harder for us to check your case and follow up with you. Quoting from your other thread:

Keep in mind that, when you open a live chat request, you must stay in the webpage. If you close it, the ticket won’t go through properly and it will end up being automatically closed hours later.

Oh ok im sorry about that i wont do that again. I tried to follow the steps but i cant still get it working. And i waited in that webpage for like 1h im not sure if i got it eaven working. But is there something else that i could try to do cause my blizzard app ain’t still working.

Are you still getting the same error code, or a different one?

Delete the Battle.net Cache folder:
battle.net/support/article/34721

Delete the Battle.net Tools folder:
battle.net/support/article/34719

Make sure you launch the Blizzard app as admin:
battle.net/support/article/24075
