I can’t understand how frustrating an error like this can be, but please try to avoid opening duplicated threads about the same issue; it makes it harder for us to check your case and follow up with you. Quoting from your other thread:
Keep in mind that, when you open a live chat request, you must stay in the webpage. If you close it, the ticket won’t go through properly and it will end up being automatically closed hours later.
