@5 June - can anyone from Blizzard please help with this?
Hello, hoping you can please help me, I have constant issues with disconnection - sometimes I need to restart the game up to 10 times to get past the ‘lost connection to servers error’ after logging in, and it will often cut out when playing. This has occurred for months - with the latest within the last 10 minutes. I don’t seem to have issues with any other games. I have tried all your troubleshooting to no avail. I have run a trace route and pathping as recommended, please see below. I hope you can help!

p.s. I had to add a space after each line in the traceroute and pathping just before each .com or .net as it saw these as urls (even if pasting as plain text), and it wouldn’t allow me to submit the post with hyperlinks
