This problem is not the first time. With a stable Internet connection (I specifically checked while trying to connect, on a nearby computer everything worked) I was disconnected from the server in the middle of the match, before that I had strong friezes. For 2 minutes I tried to return to the game, and I returned. We won. And instead of winning points, I get -50.

Checking if another computer on the same network was working is the only thing you tried, or did you also run standard diagnostic tests on the computer you were experiencing issues with, for example a traceroute and a pathping? If you did, please copy the results into your reply. Please add also a link to your MSInfo file - you can upload it to Pastebin or to another similar website of your choice. 
Could you be more specific here please? Are those short regular freezes or your computer locks up completely for a bit until the disconnection occurs? Do you need to restart your computer?
What troubleshooting steps you already tried yourself? For example, did you try this support article (performance issues) or this one? If you didn’t do anything just yet, please start with making sure your system is up to date and a selective startup.
