Hi Eveyrone,
My wifi/internet has gone down twice tonight and cost me 2 competitive games.
one when my team was in a winning position and one before the match started (was on defence had 30 seconds to set up)
Im now cut off from playing for 8 hours…
I’m not a person who rage quits halfway through games or insults team members toxic etc, so find this very frustrating i’m being penalised through this system that’s there to remove toxic players from the queue system
How come i wasn’t given a chance to rejoin the game when my internet came back up 2/3 mins or so later? rounds can last 5+ minutes…
Also I would like to know how will this affect my account, matchmaking, SR(rank) and also account reputation? next time this happens willi loose play for 12 hours? 24? banned for a week??
I live in a rural area my neighbours are a field of sheep my internet is 6-8mbs on a good day…
I want to know what negative effect this is going to have on my account and what i can do about it.
Also why cant I ask support about this, why does it point me to a forum of players… is there no support department anymore???
