Disconnecting issues

Ever since the last patch a few days ago the game has been no less than impossible for me to play. Almost every game freezes about 30 seconds into action, I get tossed back to the main menu and the immediately get the notice that the game couldn’t connect to the server. This had never happened before at this scale and with the amount of other people complaining about the same issue I’m finding it very hard to believe the problem is with my router or my ISP.

I was about to let this slide and count on you to solve this ASAP but I just played a comp game where I’ve been D/Ced no less than 6 times and managed to get back to the game, up to the final D/C that was terminal. I’m sure to lose 50 SR for the second time and right now I’m furious about this issue.

I urge you to fix this problem and give EU players something to make up for this because I’m losing SR for none of my own fault.

I’m logging in from Israel with Bezeq International as my ISP.

Please don’t refer me to the troubleshooting page because I’ve tried everything on there, simply acknowledge the problem and fix it, thank you.

Yea same here. The funny thing is, it happens in WoW and Starcraft too. IDK what is causing that, but me and my friends usually getting DC at the same time :frowning:
Blizz please fix…

Edit: We are with different ISPs and I’m pretty confident that not an internet outage causing the problem since our discord, spotify… etc etc are not affected.

Blizzard has still not even acknowledged this issue, it’s very worrisome tbh. Enough people are having this problem, theres enough videoevidence, yet they are still blaming providers on this, when Battlenet games are the only applications that get these random disconnects. It’s always battle.net logging you out of your account briefly.

Blizz plz fix
