( I have submitted a ticket but maybe others have the issue that can report )
On average, once per match, I am disconnected from the server. This is the third day I’m experiencing this.
My net is extremely stable (NZ is very fortunate), my router logs show no issue, there is never any interruption to any other game or any other activity, ever (not for the past 12+ months).
In quick play when I get disconnected I can’t rejoin and I keep getting a red notification saying if I keep leaving matches I will be penalized - I have NEVER left a match.
In competitive I lose 75% of my EXP, all my stats get reset and I get no player cards (therefore no recognition or endorsements). Edit: Holy wow, my next 3 matches also have -75% EXP penalty - that isn’t right, I have never left a match.
No one else in the match disconnects. It reconnects immediately, I’m out of the game for probably 5 seconds in competitive (as it allows me to rejoin).
There is no issue with the server (or others would d/c too), there is no issue with my internet. The issue is with the routing between me and the server (which still falls on Blizz to resolve, I’ve been down this road in the past).
Prior to the disconnect I experience absolutely no high latency, lag spikes, enemies teleporting, or anything out of the ordinary. There’s no warning sign at all.
For some reason it wont let me link to Looking Glass results (“Can’t include links in your post”) so this will have to do, its the IP that Looking Glass pings/etc.
