Do Supports actually answer?

In the beginning I want to say sorry for my english but lets start:
So I kind of already made a similar post about this but in this one I want a support to actually answer and not the community.

I was banned for about 15 days. While I never got the reason for being banned I also didnt get unbanned at the same time so I had to wait those 15 days. I am scared that I get banned again for absolutely nothing in the future but because I already got banned once for no reason it ends up being forever or it leads to being a longer ban. I spent a lot of money on the game and if this is how people get banned while not even receiving a valid reason I don’t know if I want to support this in the future. Instead of receiving an actual answer I received a “bot-message” or something telling me I broke the rules that I agreed to. I then checked those rules and it could not be any of them. I only played for about 3-5days in like 3 weeks at that time and at the same time I was never rude to anyone but myself. I didnt scream/I wasnt even in voice chat and I also wasnt rude in chat to anyone else but me. After rounds I played (that we won) I was sometimes writing “That Genji on our team was literally trolling” or “He is such a noob” (I was the genji) so I was obviously joking. If this was the reason I got banned, then okay I wont do it anymore but why do I not get an easy answer to that. Is it so hard to give evidence to people that made mistakes? Or was it a mass report by people actually believing my jokes? I heard that this happened to many people and to be honest I know people that said the worst insults knowing to mankind and they did not get banned at all.

I would really like to have an answer.

Edit:
I got the reason now after finally logging back into my account (after my ban cause how else should I) and apparently I got banned because I got reported really often for “insulting people in chat” and “spamming”. I dont think I have to say anything else to this because this just shows that nothing in this is true. If its spamming that I said “Gengi” for like 5 times in a Overwatch match and calling myself a noob is an insult of other players then damn idk what to say.

Short answer. Yes. Eventually.

You need to keep submitting tickets. Maybe even tag them on twitter posts with your ticket. Keep poking them till they respond.

What they want is for people to give up quickly, so that don’t have to investigate it.

Thats a joke if you ask me. Those supports are not doing their job if thats the case and in my opinion its not that hard to give either evidence or just accept that they made a mistake and have to unban someone. But thank you for the response this will hopefully help if this case happens again.

You can blame Microsoft for binning of most, if not all, the CS team. It is mostly outsource now (a standard practice for MS)

Even if you get a response, it is unlikely they will give “evidence”. If it is a behaviour based action… all they will do is find 1 or 2 bits in chat where you’ve said a rude word and call it.
