At the beginning… no. Just look at his kill on the Widow at the end of the fight. Takes about a week to line up the head shot.
So attack… not cheating. Just good aim.
There are a couple of moments on Ashe that made me go back and slow it down. But I am 95% sure he isn’t cheating. Misses too many shots for that.
But if in doubt, just report anyways. They will check and deal with it is.
