Just wondering what others think.
If Doom ults onto Bap and the Bap uses exo-boots to jump up, why does the Bap still take damage?
He is in the air and Doom’s ult effects the ground, not air surely.
several things could be at play here,
-
latency, dooms ult could register before the baptise manages to jump out of the way (Favour the shooter)
-
dooms ult like hammonds ground pound and reins shatter all seem to effect a certain distance both around them and in the air above them (sometimes its possible to earth shatter a phara who is flying)
-
yet another instance of blizzards inability to balance and fix bugs that have plagued certain heros since their inception (reins charge sucking people in from afar and booping people directly infront of him away)
It doesn’t affect the ground, it affects an area around him when he lands. You can hit an airborne Pharah, for instance. Instead of jumping try walking out of the way like everyone else.
