Hello. I think I am not the only person who has a problem with the Doomfist achievement because it is entirely based on luck and circumstance instead of the actual player skill. I’ve been trying to help my friend by playing Zarya for about 20 hours now and could point out all the ways this achievement is super unfair and based on dumb luck alone and has a chane of 1 in a million. I would actually love to hear from the delevopers themselves, do they think this achievement is actually fair? Or did they intend to make an almost impossible achievement?

Doomfist isn’t the only one. Zenyatta’s Orb, Orisa’s pixel spray and certainly a few others are nearly impossible to achieve too…

you are not wrong, they are extremely hard (though Zenyatta’s was already changed), but at least they are possible to do without duoing with a Rein/Zarya, while in Doomfist case even getting a 6 man grav, for example, might not be enough for the achievement

It’s not impossible but it is bloody hard. There is nothing wrong with having challenging achievements in a game. There is no reason everything has to be easy to get.
Once your mate finally gets that achievement it will be worth more than most.
Yeah, with enough play time it’ll eventually happen, probably when you least expect it!
I know it isn’t impossible, but it’s extremely frustrating when finally all of the enemy team is alive and in one place, you get that six man grav and they either have a mei, reaper or moira and etc, or one of your own team mates kills somebody in the grav before doomfist can get to it (because let’s admit it, his ult IS super slow, in game it’s alright, but definitely not fit for the achievement)
