Okay I tried googling it, but all I could find were topic regarding people sharing their opinion on the skin rather than on how to get it.

So…

How does one get it?

If I recall correctly, the formal skin was an anniversary-event-item so it will be avaiable once the anniversary-event relaunches.

The event starts in may or june, around the launch date of Overwatch.

Oh, as an advice, I recommend you saving 1000 coins. During the anniversary event, all event skins can be unlocked so chances of getting the formal skin is very slim.

If you buy it immediately or at the end of the event isn’t that important because you dont get dublicates unless you already unlocked every item of a certain rarity.
