Dozens and even hundreds of agent.exe processes running when battle.net launched, causing severe stuttering

And I need to kill all of them before my computer starts behaving normal again.
This only happens when battle.net is running.
Battle.net is running in single instance mode.

I just did another taskkill yesterday and it killed 121 instances.
