So i’ve just been told i’m down from level 4 to 3, i didn’t leave a single match today, i didn’t get a single report, i’ve not even spoke to anyone today to have a reason to lower me, if we’re going to have to deal with this garbage system can we at least get told why we’re dropping a level?
How do you know no one reported you? Someone might be pissed off to something and reported everyone in the game?
well then it’s report abuse because i’ve not had any drama in game, i.e. i’ve been healer each match, most matches were winners, if not they were close and no one’s been kicking off, plus i’ve mostly been playing mayhem mode and i don’t think it’s fair that something happening in mayhem can lower your level but not increase it
Your Lvl also decays when you don’t get endorsements in matches. That should be the main reason why your lvl got down.
I get the same problem and what weird is one time i was level 4 for 3week get endorsement by other people and I still don’t get level 5.
I don’t care about endorsement no more but it bug me that there no bar of how much to level up your endorsements
It’s part of the Blizzard strategy: don’t reward playing well, reward playing often. Much like in Hearthstone you will climb not by being better but just by playing a lot, much like in Diablo where it’s about farming all that stuff, much like SR where you have so little impact on games that it’s easy enough to keep a 51% win rate due to the other team being more likely to have leavers even well beyond your “true SR”*, it’s the same with endorsements: you gotta play the modes that have endorsements in it (preferably 3v3, because in 3v3 there are fewer contenders for those endorsements^^), and you will rise. Don’t play and you’ll fall.
.* Please don’t look at my win rate this season, I had 67% (55 games) last season 60% the season before (10) and 71% (28) the season before that, so the visible stats lie, I swear.^^
