So, I didn’t receive my top 500 reward and contacted support. Gamemaster couldn’t fix this problem and advised me to try to reach out to the devs in the forums. I will now quote my ticket and attach the corresponing screenshots. holding my thumbs
"Didn’t recieve top 500 CTF award. I was ranked 499 in EU I took a screenshot of the leaderboards the last minute before the patch new went live. The minute after the patch, my name wasn’t on the list anymore (only top 498 and above showed, which means me, rank 499 and the guy ranked 500 was not listed).
I would like to receive my reward as I ended as position 499. I will attach the screenshot I was refering to. It would mean everything to me if you managed to fix the problem."
Intresting do tell me if this gets fixed, to confirm if they indeed ignore this forum, pretty sure this happens more, just look past seasons and leaderboards you may find 499 or less on leaderboard, question tho ? did you get dc and get a ban just right before it ended ?
I’ll answer your questions. A few hours before the event ended, I was ranked around 480. Hour pass and I go from 480 to 490 so I kept updating the scoreboard every minute until the update went live. I kept dropping from 490 all the way to 499. The minute before the update went live I was in #499 and I took this screenshot. I took the screenshot when I saw the notification on the client that they will update the servers. I have never been banned before and will most likely never be banned - because I just don’t cheat.

What you should do is write back to the GM, that he needs to do his freaking job and give you your reward or parsing you on to someone that can. He should be fired, if that was what he told you. Now did you play 50 Games tho ? don´t know how comp CTF works but i expect it to be similar to normal comp, where you need 50 games and phone verification.
Well i just wanna know if it was an error or not, but did he have 50 games, were these 50 games with phone verification, if not then it might have been a mistake that he “Got there” and they simply fixed that idk. That is why i am asking.
Its a typical case of before patch was on top 500 and showing 500 players on leaderboard then patch hit and it shows only 498 players in a top 500 that makes it essentially top 498 you should look in game for leaderboards sometimes it only shows less then 500 and players vanished off list somehow, clearly something is broken.

I guess it’s because it’s already made here and it breaks their policy on multiple topics but i’m not sure.

Wish a dev just randomly stumbled on this post and just fixed it for you, and also looked at all the leaderboards with less then 500 players on it and fixed those to.
