I tried to enter a competitive game and the game got stuck at the “entering game” screen. After some time I got kicked out of game due to inactivity and got suspended for the next several mins.
I immediately tried to play in arcade and everything worked fine. After that I tried to play a competitive game again and this time the game got stuck at the map screen, the one that also indicates both teams, names etc. I lost 2 games and got suspended for no reason at all.
My connection is 100% stable (made some ping tests), plus I have never had connection problems. There are no recent changes to my hardware or even software (antivirus, os, etc).
How is it possible that there is a bug only in competitive game mode?
Update:
I repaired the game files, tried to play arcade again and everything worked fine. After that I tried to play competitive and got the same “entering game” bug. Got suspended for 2 hours now and lost 3rd competitive game.
