Error 208 can't play or log in

I can’t log in and play Overwatch 2. It just comes up with an error and I can’t even play. I’m on Xbox Series X. I’ve signed up and everything. Have been playing already since release.

I’m having the same problem on my Xbox Series S, was playing it fine yesterday but today just keep getting hit by the Error 208.

Same issue on PS4… joke of a company ahahaha

Just when they “fixed” all the login issues, we get this message. No word from Blizzard about this and im guessing we wont until Monday

Same here on my ps5. And when I contacted blizzard I just got their automated message saying ‘if you have problems with your overwatch 2 purchase let us tell you that overwatch 2 is a cross-platform…’ not even related to the problem.

Version 2.1.0.1.106172, Unexpected error (PC) and LC-208 “known issues” (PS4 and Xbox X) now live.

Sort this error out please, I want to play today.

This is account related. They tell us to diagnose our network but with my son account I can login, but not with mine.

Already unlinked and linked the Xbox live account to my Battle.net account with no success.

I Wonder if you are able to swap back my account from IM_NOT_TRYHARD-4 to wvv-uchiha-vvw because im not able to do this myself, I can first do this in 364 days. The name of the battle.net account is ANIME4THIGHS. I did this beacause of the login error i get when I try to log in to ow 2 on my main ps4 account, but my alt account on ps4 was able to log into ow2 so I tried to swap the battle.net accounts around but it still didnt work, so now im sitting with 2 ps4 accounts but no battle net account that works

It’s not an internet issue, it’s an issue on Blizzard’s side. Why they say 208 is due to routers needing to be reset… I don’t know.

I woke up just now and everything seems to be working fine. My watchpoint back contents have also been added HOWEVER I didn’t receive the currency or premium battle pass, just the skins and the regular battle pass.

Tbf to them, they are clearly working on a fix. I get why many feel this still isn’t good enough, I’m in the exact same boat. I should receive everything I paid for. Still, at least I can now get into the game.

Yeah I reset my router and Xbox, pulled the plugs out and diagnosed the internet and that did not do anything
