Error Code LC-202

Ever since I have installed the Winter Update I cannot log into the game on my main account, everytime I try I get the error code LC-202, I searched online to see how to fix it and found it may be due to connection issues, to test it I signed into my friends account on the same console and it worked perfectly so it can’t be a connection issue. I then tried logging into mine and it didn’t work, I decided to try reinstalling the whole game, after waiting a while this still didn’t change anything, error code LC-202 again. During this whole process I was going back and forth between Blizzard Support and Microsoft Support over who’s end it was on, eventually they decided it was on Blizzard’s end but they’ve never seen it before and so they couldn’t fix it. I also saw online that you could potentially fix it by linking your BattleTag with your Xbox Account and so I tried to do that however after it took me to the Microsoft sign in page and I clicked confirm it would take me back to the Blizzard website and give me the message “Contacting Xbox Live to retrieve account details”, after a few seconds it would then say “Provider did not accept user authorization. Try logging out from your provider account and retry.” . This is why I was contacting Blizzard support in the first place and they could not identify the issue however they said they had not seen it before. So for now during my favourite event I am playing on a separate account, on the same console I’m having issues on, and it is working perfectly fine however I cannot get the new Lucio skin (or play at all) on my main account. Is there anyone who is having the same issue or knows a fix, thanks for any help.

I have it now I don’t know how I fix it. I tried everything but didn’t work.
