I have to admit, I find her a problem. I’m a Lucio main and even speed boosting plus amp I still struggle to evade her at times!
She just seems to suck the life out of me really quickly!
Does anyone have any tips when playing against her? I am all ears!
Play around the team, as a lucio you should be doing that anyway. You can dodge in and out of your shields to avoid her beam. Moira has mad chase potential and can probably 1v1 the majority of heroes. Only way to really beat her is play with your team, if you are getting damaged in voice chat ask for your other support to heal you or for your teammates to help you. Moira does not do a lot of damage quickly unless she flings out her damage orb (avoid it). Assuming this happens in backline its really important to tell the team because very often they have no idea what is going on behind them. If someone says ‘moira behind i need help’ then at the very least they know about it and often will try to help. Make sure your team is in voice chat though. Also remember moira can heal herself either by orb or attacking you so dont try to run her down as lucio because you should not be winning that match up and you will just spoon feed her some health/ult charge. Your best bet in a fight is to probably speed boost out of there and remember to wall ride for extra speed, just jumping on and off something or if needbe climb something darn quick to get away from her. Maybe play for a health pack if you are desperate. Hope this helps

Think of dealing with Moira as a “git gud” challenge. If you find her fine you are good enough.

I play Lucio a lot, and the best thing to do is to not get close to her, and if you really end up in that situation, speed boost away while pushing her away from you. At a distance though, you have the advantage.

As lucio you have to get cover and play around cover. The moment you boop her correctly, she will have to commit fade to kill you. In that moment you switch to healing and hide again. If you repeat this enough, your team (because you should be calling for assistance) will kill her or her team will die because she is not healing them.
Always boost healing when she uses the orb on you or go straight towards her. Its REALLY hard for any moira to aim to a speed aura lucio that is jumping around her, specially if she already used her orb.
Get in her face fast or get to cover fast.
I try not to 1 v 1 anyone but that’s not always possible. I find once she sets her sights on me I very rarely get away alive!
Bait her ball by making her throw it one way and you go the other and her suck Sucks so just heal over it
