Increase your mouse polling rate, had the same problem.
If you have mouse with 125Hz than you should upgrade your mouse.

Low mouse polling rate with high screen refresh rate and you have this problem.

Would suggest to get mouse with sensor that has at least 200ips 30g and 1000Hz polling rate, DPI aka CPI is irrelevant as you should typically use 400 or 800.
